Wonderful staff, check in was a breeze, beautiful location and the amenities were great. Traveling as a person of color in similar (less touristy areas) can be scaring sometimes but everyone on staff was so great. I highly recommend the restaurant and the pool amenities.

Property was ok. The rooms were too hot and they didn’t allow us to lower the temperature. We had to sleep with the window open and lots of loud ppl outside our room very late. Won’t be staying there again.

Breakfast was among the best things , very complete and delicious. Is located in the outside of Matera but is better for parking there. You must have a car because if not is not walking distance. Service was ok we had a problem with the air condition which didn’t work and the baby was sweating is a pitty because is a great hotel, they didn’t offer even a change of room or a fan

Friendly staff but room is small and I did not get pool view

Tutto perfetto… reception, camera, ristorazione e colazione TOP

Personale qualificato, ottima colazione, qualità del riposo eccellente!

Clean room, nice hotel. Staff was very nice even when very busy. All in all a good stay. Secure parking. Nothing to look at or walk to around here though.

Great property with fabulous amenities. Incredible gym. Beautiful large oool. Comfy bed. Just abit noisy cause of thin walls but not that bad. Great value.
