Kaya Hotel Amman

Her No

The service is poor, the cleanliness is bad, and customer service isn't a priority. They're exhausting and don't care about the customer properly.

Stay here if you want to walk around and visit downtown and have access to almost everything.

Services was a 10/10

The room was clean and modern, the staff was helpful and friendly, the location was good. The breakfast was also good.

Modern and clean

Great hotel.. probably not a full 4 star but great value, great service.. wonderful staff. Can't fault it! Definitely recommend.

I stayed at KAYA Hotel for one night before heading to Petra, and I was really impressed. The location is fantastic—very central, close to Abdali, and conveniently near the JETT bus stop, which makes traveling around easy. The service was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I even received a complimentary room upgrade—from a basic option to a spacious junior suite with a living area, a large double bed, and a beautiful bathroom. It was an incredible value for money. The room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and I also tried the dinner buffet, which was reasonably priced and had a great selection. The staff went out of their way to explain dishes, give recommendations, and make the experience pleasant. Overall, KAYA Hotel offers great service, a comfortable and stylish room, and a prime location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Amman, even if just for a short stay.

Clean comfortable and spacious room. It was clean and modern and we had a good stay. Breakfast was also good and there was a wide selection.

At the Kaya, I highly recommend the spa. It is very well equipped with hot tub/ whirlpool, dry sauna and steam room and more, and I really enjoyed the hot stone massage. It was the best antidote to a long flight and day of walking around Amman.
