No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building.
Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked.
The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available.
The pillows weren’t enough.
Not all elevators work.
Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access.
Expensive to stay for limited access.

The room was was described. Beds were comfortable and location to the airport was perfect. We did not have hot water, reported it to the manager but didn't hear back. Overall our stay was fine.
