Everything was fantastic — the communication, the cleanliness, the property itself. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to help us, especially since we arrived late due to a delayed flight. The breakfast was a bit limited compared to what we’re used to in North America, but it was still a nice touch for a one-night stay.

Great place to stay near the airport and just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were a good size, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made our stay easy and enjoyable.

I would stay there again. Great location, very nice breakfast and wonderful staff.

We liked everything about the B&B, including the decor, comfort of the room, bath, breakfast (which we did not eat-only a cappuccino.The location was convenient for us near the airport and the rental car return. The only complaint that I have is that when we arrived there was no place to park or even pause, and the gate(s) of the house were closed. I had to drive on and find a place to stop and call the proprietor who then gave me the code and I was able to enter the gate and park the car. If he had given me the code in advance, I could have easily entered and avoided the frustration. Once inside, all was well, and we could come and go as we pleased. I would recommend it as a B&B (it’s not a hotel).

Voyage en couple. Emplacement près de plusieurs plages, resto et de l'aéroport. De l'aéroport c'est compliqué s'y rendre, il faut prendre un bus avec un transfert vers un autre bus. Le taxi coûte 55 euros pour un parcours de 8 km :-( Nous avons choisi cet endroit pour 2 nuits avant notre retour au Canada après 2 semaines à découvrir l'Italie. Le bâtiment est bien entretenu et la cours est superbe pour y prendre un repas ou se reposer. La chambre manque d'amour et n'est pas bien isolées. Nous avons malheureusement eu des voisins qui sortaient et entraient sans cesse pour aller fumer et parlaient fort et ce jusqu'à 4h du matin. Pour le déjeuner, il y a plusieurs choix de pâtisseries, des viandes froides et du fromage. Nous remercions particulièrement Roberto pour son accueil et son entrain !

Beautiful property! Loved the gardens around the property. Very relaxing after a long day. Beach is so close! Restruants are close. The whole town is so much quieter than being in Rome. Highly recommend before or after a long flight. Staff was helpful. It is the gardens and the quiet I would stay for- so peaceful.

Cosy, clean, beachside stay. Room was spacious and gardens are beautiful. Close to airport and sunsets are magical. Many thanks.

Very comfortable. Host was there when we said we would arrive. Host spoke good English. Breakfast was quite good. Two short blocks to the beach. Lots of good restaurants fairly close by. A great place to watch people at the beach. Soundproofing not great. Had to bang on the wall to other customers who came in late.
