The spa was nice and quiet. Small but deep pool and a sauna and separate steam room

This place should be rated at two star. Such a complete lie to rate 4 star. Place with front desk sitting on couches in jump cloth and flip flops, bathroom small with moister, cocroches. Poorly managed. Does not even provide conditioner for hair or iron.

Overall, the hotel is quite nice, but unfortunately it feels like this business is being run without a woman’s perspective or attention to detail. For example, there was no hair conditioner in the room — something I’ve honestly never experienced before in a hotel. When I mentioned it at reception, the staff member didn’t even seem to understand what I meant. We had requested not to have the room cleaned, but later I asked for fresh towels instead. I ended up waiting about an hour and a half and had to call reception three times before they arrived. Another important issue is the shower floor — it becomes extremely slippery when wet. The tile choice for a shower area was clearly not the best. I can only imagine how difficult and unsafe this could be for elderly guests. Other than these issues, everything else was excellent: the room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast very good and the hotel is well located. We have stayed there many times. The only complaint is the was a staircase directly in front of our window so anybody using it was looking directly into our room.

Front dest staff woke us up at 3 am for extra room key we had for our party of 3, because they needed it! totally unacceptable.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The room was modern and comfortable. There is a bar, restaurant and a small enclosed courtyard. We felt safe to leave our window open for fresh air as the window was over the enclosed courtyard.

Europe Hotel is gorgeous and has excellent staff and amenities. Feruz was very helpful getting us off in time for our train.

A modern hotel with very good breakfast. The rooms are clean. The staffs are responsive. However, the HVAC is hard to control. Our room was too warm. Our final control was to open the windows to cool the room. We enjoyed the hotel's wonderful spa.

I stayed in the room facing the main road…couldn’t sleep due to traffic noise even with all the windows closed.
