The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with a beautiful view. Pool area is fun and relaxing. They have a slide/jump/dive area that lands you into the bay. Stores and shopping are all around you that are lively and stay up late. Something we didn’t know is rideshare is not allowed to go into Naama Bay. Only taxis can which are more expensive and they overcharge you.

Location excellent with salt water pool,sea access. Would prefer normal cups and glasses rather than paper cups in dining room. Lifeguard very good as well

Everything was good

Beautiful pool deck area. Spectacular view of the cazbar, the mountains, and the Red Sea!

We had selected “Mountain View” that we are on the first floor could only see the building next to us. It was a bit loud at times. Overall, the room was good and the people were helpful. Right on the water.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, including the front reception team and Amr in catering. The location is brilliant as it is right in the Red Sea with unparalleled views. The hotel has a regular pool, a seawater pool as well as steps down to the sea. It’s at a quiet spot in Naama Bay but only a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was nice quality. The roof terrace is a nice place to have drinks. The only negative was that all the rooms and the hotel as a whole is for smokers.

The Jewel is our favourite place to stay in Sharm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent hot, powerful showers. The views are spectacular, offering uninterrupted panoramas of the Red Sea and Naama Bay. The hotel’s location is perfect for us, as it is right next to the dive boat pontoon—ideal when we’re diving every day. Breakfast is buffet-style and excellent, with made-to-order omelettes, traditional Egyptian breakfast options, and an outstanding selection of pastries. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back in the summer.
