It was very clean and close to everything. Like the metro buses. Walking distance to aquarium and lots of food spots and bars. Rooftop sitting area with lights nice views. Welcoming and helpful staff. The only thing I think they should change is the parking fee was $20 even for guests. I think it should be free due to you staying at the hotel. Other than that very nice stay I would definitely recommend.

Staff was nice, room was clean and short drive from cruise port. Located by transit center so quite a few homeless and urine smelling streets of you intend to walk around. Hotel itself is clean, seating area on roof.

Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed extra towels. Within walking distance of many restaurants and coffee shops.

Good location. Clean room. Very noisy location across the street from city transit. Very thin walls and windows. You will have a hard time sleeping from trains and buses. Absolute basic amenities. Owner was gruff and only interested in making money. Hired staff was kind and welcoming. Prices were too high for what you get. Large corporate properties with a layer of plush very near by away from the noise. Go elsewhere.

Parking was convenient. The staff was helpful. Bonus that you can connect your phone to the tv through chrome cast! BUT there were roaches in the room! Super gross! I wouldn't stay here again just because of the cleanliness.

Hotel Mai is very unassuming. At first, it just looks like any small, boutique hotel. But our stay ended up being one of the best we've had. The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were incredible. The roof top is an amazing place to relax. I very much recommend a stay here.

Location, wonderful. Check it, easy breezy. Staff, absolutely GREAT. Will I book this location again, yes.

Awesome staff, loved Eucalyptus face towels for sauna & steam room. You can also park here if you have a cruise. Deck on the roof has great views. Our room was a bargain for what we got. Will stay again.
