Staff were not knowledgeable about basic surroundings and restaurants. Gave a list of food hall type restaurants nearby which were below average…so not helpful. Rooms are extremely basic and teeny tiny. Zero luxury.

The breakfast wasn’t good. They downgraded my room upon arrival because they didn’t have my room available. I booked a king 3 months out and got downgraded to a twin. However, they tried to accommodate me with breakfast included and a top floor. The room was clean and nice, with an incredible view. I’m also a light sleeper so a top floor is ideal. I do think this hotel is a bit overpriced, but they do have a big apartment style room with laundry, stove, and a big fridge. This place is ideal for a long stay. I only stayed 2 nights so I think I’d stay somewhere else next time. The room and hotel property was very clean. The only other thing was it was a pain to find the hotel and I got lost a bunch of times before figuring out the maze. The hotel lobby is on the top floor and you go out on floor 3 with stairs and escalators so it may be a bit confusing at first, but you eventually figure it out. The staff was nice and helpful. I do wish the breakfast was better considering how much money I spent for 2 nights.

This is by far the best hotel in shibuya if you are a first time Japan traveler or a frequent visitor. The staff is very welcoming , they speak many languages , and can help navigate anything needed.

I stayed here for three nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and close to restaurants and public transportation. Breakfast had good variety, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect, near stores and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious and being able to do our laundry was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo.

We had laundry in room which was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Nice size for 3 of us. Located so close to the train station which made it super easy to navigate all over Tokyo.

Fantastic hotel, very modern and has all the amenities you need. The staff are incredibly helpful. Great location, only a 10 min walk to the Shibuya Crossing. Good luck navigating the maze that is Shibuya station! Will 100% stay at Hyatt House again and highly recommended.

Breakfast is ok but everything else is amazing
