Great stay

Excellent service all around the property, convenient location to move around the area, we experience a great stayed, 100% recommendations

Great hotel. Good location, very clean and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The staff were amazing! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool. The location is perfect. It’s so close the Shibuya Crossing and all the shops but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It’s excellent for families. It is a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station. The rooms are clean.

Great hotel for our 3-day stay in Tokyo. As Canadians, it was helpful to have a front desk staff who spoke English and we’re quite helpful to arrange taxis, transport our bags to the next city, and give us tips for were to eat when we arrived late the first night. Room was bright, clean and well setup. In-room laundry was really nice, and the girls liked the pool too. Oh - and the beds and pillows are excellent. You’ll enjoy this place for a family stay.

I absolutely adore the cleanliness of this place and the kindness of its staff. The only thing I regret is the limited room space compared to the price.
