Very nice staff clean

It's good

When I first walked in the room, I was impressed by how clean it was, it even smelled clean. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. The housekeeping staff was especially helpful, making sure I had clean towels, coffee, etc. The parking was easily accessible and available, close to the rooms.

Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Parking was good. The employees were very friendly and courteous. The employees went out of their way to help with what we needed. You just had to ask. The management/owners tended to be a bit rude. Like they didn’t want to have much to do with you. So we just went to the employees when we had a problem which was very seldom. We made sure to tip the employees according to how we felt that they had taken care of our needs, which were outstanding.

The staff were helpful but uncertain if the tv's allowed for a traveler to login to their personal Netflix account. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had good pressure. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotion was a small amount. I would appreciate paper towels for the kitchenette. There were no cooking equipment such as pots, pans, or eating needs such as plates, or silverware. We found the room to be hot and had trouble getting the room cool enough to sleep on the first night. The refrigerator was large for the room. There was plenty of floor space. Overall, everything was clean. There was a hair in the shower near the top of the wall that I think the cleaning staff overlooked. Also, there was a st8cker stuck on the bathroom floor. I pulled it up with ease. Other than those two things, everything else was clean.

Parking was ample. Within walking distance to many food and entertainment options. Front desk was so helpful. They offered a breakfast but I did not check it out. Was fine for the price.

Dog in next room kept barking

You get what you paid for, my room was cheap, the area isn’t as sketchy as it feels, it was quiet while i stayed. The room was clean, the bathroom door was a little broken, but for a budget stay I have nothing to complain about!

The room floor hadn’t piles of dirt ,bugs and hair in the corners of the room. The bathroom had pubic hair all of the shower floor . The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The occupants in the room above us were pacing and stomping until 4:00am.
