AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU HATE SMOKING. I stayed in a non smoking room in this hotel. I was surprised to smell smoke coming into the room like there is someone is smoking inside. I called the reception and they stated that they cannot control that because the rooms next to me is a smoking room. Obviously they don’t have air tight windows and smoke comes in from windows. They need to isolate the smoking room areas from the non smoking and they need to make their windows and doors air tight.

Every one was great. The room was good and the breakfast was good. The location is excellent.

Worse hotel ,not clean no shower doors most furniture are broken most doors not close very we AC DOES NOT WORK WE HAD TO CHANGE OUR ROOM FOUR TIMES BECAUSE OF WATER LEAKING AND AC …..I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL I RATED ZERO RATE …

We stayed at this hotel in Feb. 2025 for 3 nights. It is the perfect location if you’d like to walk around. The pictures posted on this add don’t make it justice. The room we stayed in was fully renovated and the street noise was barely noticeable. You’d be pretty much in downtown, we walked to the Egyptian museum, took the subway and walk around without any issues. Breakfast is delicious. It features a bar and the restaurant is small but very comfortable. Highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, the hotel is looks like hotel. It does not have the hotel features mentioned online. The rooms are worn out and the bathroom is bad. There is a problem with the sewage drainage. There is no hot water on the first day at all, but on the second day, the hot water came for only a few hours. There is no heating in the room and we are in the first month,I spent my night shivering. The internet service is weak in the rooms and average in lobby . the breakfast is okay. The cleanliness is not good and the bed is bad.Noise everywhere outside
