I loved everything about my stay Elysia. It was the perfect disconnect, beautiful, relaxing and with plenty to do- or not. Beautiful big rooms. Staff so helpful. Will definitely go back,

Pros
Peaceful location
Easy quick check in
Lovely pool and cold plunge
Comfortable bed
Bathtub
Balcony
Access to shuttle if needed
Breakfast lovely
Beautiful grounds
Reception staff very responsive and friendly
Room decor modern and spacious
Relaxation room was nice
Cons - thoughts to consider
Heating in room impossible to regulate. Housekeeping turned it up when we were cold then it was extremely hot.
Bit noisy from couple in next room. We could hear their conversation and they weren’t taking loudly
I thought when we booked that this is supposed to be a spa experience. No robes or slippers in the rooms and not clear that you had access to them on arrival at spa - had to ask
No sauna
Steam room not working
Hot tub - very weak jets
No body wash or bath salts for bathtub
Just lacked spa feeling beyond the stunning reception area,
Carpet some stains

Got a GREAT deal from Expedia. Rare. The accommodation is perfect for active people. Tennis, indoor heated pool, gym, lots of planned activities and more. Breakfast geared towards "wellness"

Lovely welcome at reception.
Wonderful swimming pool.
Sound proofing between upper and lower units was the main complaint fortunately this was only for one night .
Pillows need updating.
Enjoyable and healthy breakfast.
Certainly interested in exploring the health retreat options
