One lovely establishment late check but was helped quickly, even helped me out when the surprise deposit came out. Room was top notch king bed, tv , fridge and finally some usb ports for any device. Very quite great place

I booked this for my son for his clinical study nearby and he’s happy about the place with amenities included.

Booked online with option to pay at the property. The total was supposed to be $72 (tax included). Upon arrival they stated that because we booked online that we had to pay extra. They wanted $90 but ultimately settled for $80. They made it clear that booking online to save a little money WILL cost more because they charge extra to cover commissions due to hotels.com. The floors are probably rarely IF EVER actually cleaned. They will leave your feet blackened after walking around just a few minutes. Had to soak towel with soap and water and do multiple passes to be able to walk around the room comfortably without shoes. Bathtubs are poorly maintained. The man there is very rude. His wife is much nicer but he's just pure ugly! If you decide to stay multiple days and need to pay a little bit late for whatever reason. Ex: You have an appointment you're already running late for so no possible way you could go to bank and back that moment, husband is 35 min away and will pay when he arrives. You will be informed that your belongings will be removed from the room if you have not paid or checked out by exactly 11.... And it's 10:48 when you check the time. ... All this means is that they will wait for you to leave, the clock to hit 11:01 and they will be in your room, going through your personal property and removing it from the room to place outside for whomever might want to go shopping in your stuff! The neighborhood is ghetto so you can count on having your stuff taken!

Okay for overnight stay.

The lace is not pet friendly once there they charged me 20$ in addition to my room fee which was not noted on the site

The environment is quite nice, with no loiterers around. The room is very clean, though—perhaps due to recent renovations—there is a slight lingering odor.
