Great stay! Wonderful amenities on the 9th floor - laundry, coffee/tea, kitchen, terrace, luggage storage. The room was comfortable, the hotel is easy to find and public transit stops directly in front of the building. Our complaint was just the use of digital keys only; we just find physical keys more reliable and convenient when traveling. We would definitely stay again in the future as it was well maintained, conveniently located, clean, and provided all the amenities travelers could need.

The 9th Floor public area was great to hang out in while waiting to check in, after check out, or while there. There is free coffee and tea and fabulous views of Geneva, mountains, and all the way to the Jet d'Eau. Plenty of places to sit and relax or work. The electronic unlocking takes getting used to, but it works well. I highly recommend this site.

I did the online check in but when I arrived at the property could not use the cel phone “key”. I was able to get through on the cel phone number to a person who let me in remotely, but only after scolding me for my technical ineptitude. It was not pleasant. I was only booked for one night anyway, and did want to go out and walk around the city, but I decided not to leave my room again for fear of being unable to get back in. Left at 7 am the next morning for the airport.

Great location for tram access, coop, variety of restaurants around.

No one on site, not answering questions promptly. Do it have shuttles to airport. Not a good location. Not recommended

Great space very nice and the common room is amazing. Rooms are modern and lots of space even given the small size.

The check in key on my phone is new to me. Once I worked it out, it’s very convenient to use. The design of the unit is very creative. The sizes of the bedroom and the kitchen can be changed depending on the needs. I loved it! The interior design is very artistic. In my opinion, the only drawback is the lack of privacy of the bathroom. If the curtain rail can be extended to the front of the bathroom, it would provide privacy to the bathroom. The public area on the 9th floor is great. It has a full kitchen, laundry, a pool table and reading areas. The U shaped balcony has great views and is perfect for relaxation. The location is very convenient. A tram stop is at the front door. Three stops to the city in less than 10 minutes and 5-6 stops to the airport in 30 minutes costing 3.3 Euros. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect unit for a solo traveler - excellent use of the space, updated interior, convenient “keys” via iPhone for exterior and room doors, great location near transit, trains, and Swiss Tour pickup location; highly recommend.

Be sure you get the app and understand it's basically you and no staff. If I hadn't run into a host who was wonderful, I would have never known where to park.
