The staff at the hotel really made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. Valentina in particular was an exceptional host and went out of our way to make sure everything was perfect for us. A good one Really appreciate her hospitality. Great location and we had a good room which was larger than we planned.

超讚 The palazzo dei fiori was very roomy, clean, and the communication was very good. Good mattresses allowed us to sleep well. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and excursions. The room was stocked with refreshments, fresh fruit, snacks, and coffee. We could hear musicians practicing classical music and opera singers singing in the distance. At first I was not certain, but the following evening, we found out that the palazzo de Musica opera was next door where we were delighted by the operatic story of la traviata and a glass of champagne. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

超讚 Very clean property, with helpful staff. It’s not a full hotel. Doesn’t have restaurant or room service. Walking distance to Rialto bridge & St. Marco Plaza.

This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for our 1st time stay in Venice. Spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very clean, modern, and great location! Room had views of the Venice alley ways and canal, pretty cool! We took a private boat that pulled right up to the lobby, also very cool! Staff was great and very helpful. Highly recommend this place!
