Room was clean and nice shower/bath combo, plenty of space, but the wall were stain, with marks of luggage hitting them or other things. A little paint refresh wouldn’t hurt. No restaurant in it or bar. Looks to be the oldest of the Shigira chain.

エアコンは設定温度の割には効きはよくなかったなも知れません。 低めの温度設定をすれば、問題なかったです。 カードキーは1枚だけしかもらえなかったので、夫婦なので2枚欲しかったです。

スタッフが足りてない印象。 15時のチェックイン時のスタッフは1人体制で かなり時間がかかった。自動チェックイン機があるのに、なぜか機能してなかった。 部屋の掃除も朝にマグネットを出してたが15時くらいまで掃除がされてなく、部屋でゆっくりしようとした時に掃除のスタッフがきて今から掃除するから一旦出て行ってと言われ断りました。 また、最大15時までのチェックアウトができると館内にお知らせがあり利用したいと伝えたところ、無理と言われ、時間を置いて別のスタッフに相談したらOKでした。 スタッフによって対応がバラバラ？ 部屋がかなり安いのでそれなりのサービスです！

このエリアの中に沢山のホテルがあります。 近くに食事が出来る所やお土産物屋があり便利な場所でした。

雨が降っていたので、道向かいの朝食会場まで行くのが少し大変でした。

スタッフの対応がよかった

この度度については、航空券が全く 最低でありまして、席の決まっていない ただ 予約は入っていただけの 航空券でありました。自動チェックインはできず 、受付 職員には席がありませんと言われました。今後 エアトリをずっとお使い のであるならば これで 最後となります。

It was a great stay. But.. There was a coffee? Stain on the wall under the bathroom sink next to the trash can. There were sand and long hair in the towel rack (black basket ) that was located under the sink. Shower room and bathroom were clean. But I hesitated to take a bath in the bathtub because of the uncleanness under the bathroom sink. Other than that, it was a great stay. Breakfast was excellent. So many options including local food.

The hotel was not busy and noisy and so we slept very well. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works very well. However, it is in need of major updating. There is a terrible smell coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. Also, there are no dining options in the hotel and the closest swimmable beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk.
