Basic room, comfy bed, good wifi, good ac, great location - beach, shops, restaurants walkable, free daily tea, coffee & water in room

Not city or beach views from the room.

The stay was totally a really bad experience! Nothing worked, the boiler was not making hot water and was not working with the right water flow pressure. Air condition was also not working properly, or was too hot or extremely cold! I reported but nothing was done, they keep said the owner was in Italy. I also got sick for the above reasons, I had to go to the hospital and take various medications. I want the full refund for the horrible experienced I had in the Freedom.

Outdated with small rooms but clean, friendly staff, great location - 2 min walk to Patong beach and 2 min walk to Bangla Road.

All good but would have preferred a room with a view
