Location very good,

High quality, easy communication and great location

excellent location, porfessional staff, easy check in and check out

At city center, every place is convenient to access. Room is spacious. TV programs are only in Italian, unfortunately. Laundry is located at the basement, not in the room. Communication with the operating team is perfect!

The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a very comfortable spot to spend one night before a long day of traveling back to the States.

The hotel is located near Moscova metro station in good location with a lot of restaurants and nice streets nearby. The room is big enough but a little bit old. The bed is not comfortable. There is no dishwasher. TV in the bedroom is old and without internet connection. Lisa (customer relation) is super friendly and helpful.

No elevator! 2 flights stairs ! Some noise from neighbors above.

ottima esperienza, comunicazione efficace e check in velocissimo!
