The rooms are huge and modern. Get the room that faces the volcano. All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The bar on the top floor is really nice too.

The room is clean and spacious. The onsen is also wonderful. Plenty of packing space.

This hotel is a great deal, especially with a strong dollar. Our room was spacious and had a magnificent view of the volcano, the city and the sea. Staff were helpful and attentive. The tram that runs through the city stops right in front of the hotel so travel was especially easy.

Sheraton staffs are very nice. Breakfast has so many choices . The view of Sakura island is amazing . Room amis very comfortable .We lost passport in the hotel , the hotel contacted us right away. Really appreciated their help . I would like to stay here again .
