No iron. Restroom has no exhaust

The staff here is always so helpful and it is convenient being close to the mall for many things.

We stayed in the executive suites; these are better than the standard rooms and bigger. Yet, rooms are still rather dark, but at least the rooms we were given had a true window that we can let light in. What we like: easy walk across to LimKetkai Mall, good and reasonably priced massage within the hotel, easy to get to SM downtown mall and Gaisano Mall. Staff were helpful but front-desk were rather cold and unwelcoming. What can be improved: breakfast and variety of dishes. They could definitely improve on the breads and use local fresh bread, as well as the many local fruits (introduce papayas, etc.),

The staff was great, didn’t have to want for anything, kept everything clean. And treated us like we were royalty.

The property was very clean.

Great place near of everything, nice staff. What I need to improve are the rooms of the hotel looks old need upgrade thier shower and aircon.

Room was clean and well maintained, staff super friendly, easy access to shopping and breakfast was very good and plenty to choose from totally enjoyed stay

Lost wifi several times in room 436. Breakfast ok. Had bacon last day there. Thankfully. Staff amazing. Spouse killed a cockroach. Need to spray for bugs. They lay thousands of eggs you see one roach theres thousands you dont see.

Love the ambiance, staff are nice. Except for my check out took me few minutes to clear my room. Otherwise, I enjoyed stay. Thank you!
