The condo was as described. The master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable as you sank into a well and couldn't move around or get out. The kitchen faucet wobbled and needed tightening. Location was great for us, and it was a nice, safe condo.

Very nice space for families or groups… patios and large kitchen and living area. Very walkable to restaurants, grocery, drug store and campus. Will definitely stay again.

This was within walking distance of so many bars and restaurants. Very close to Tempe Beach. Balconies in every level to sit and enjoy the weather. Great place to stay!!

Super clean, very responsive host, accurate listing and reviews. You will be in a flight path, like most of Tempe, but not a dealbreaker. Nice place to stay!

Pros: Very spacious Cons: The master bathroom has plumbing issues. Shower water smells like waste. Checkout is very early and late checkouts are impossible and require several requests and follow-ups that will be denied.
