I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Siem Reap. The hotel was in a great location. Above all, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and respectful. They are amazing people, kind and sincere, especially Monita,

Amazing staff

The staff and the hotel were fantastic, the food was a delight the pool area was lovely after a busy day site seeing

Staff was friendly and very attentive, specially Mr. Sann. Property is located near everything. Next door to new super market, not far from pub street and the old market. And along the main road to Ankor Wat.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It’s out of the hustle and bustle of pub street, with a 15 minute walk to this this location and the markets. Right next door is a convenience store - which is perfect if you want tops. Across the road is the Angkor National Museum. It’s a short tuk tuk trip to the highlights of Angkor Wat and other temples. The staff were all attentive and in particular NaNa, Sann and Yanpai - who remembered our names and took particular interest in asking what we were planning and if they could be of assistance in organising trips/transfers on our behalf. Our room was large and spacious, clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a good selection and also cafe barista made coffee every morning. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere laid back and quiet

large room, friendly staff

The staff was attentive and fantastic. The room was spacious and very nice and the pool area was incredible. Also an easy walk to town and right next to a really big super market. Would stay there again.

The staff is so friendly and helpful (without being at all overbearing). We loved the daily happy hour. Location is excellent - especially with the really nice supermarket next door.

I got an upgrade roon with a pool view There was a complementary fruit basket Very clean and maintained Friendly staff Good choice for breakfast

First impressions from staff were superb. Kimpan and all staff were very welcoming from arranging airport transfer to booking tours and general questions. There are daily afternoon tea/snacks in the lobby and evening desserts that all add a nice touch. Gym is minimal with one bench and two sets of light weights. The hotel is also located next to a supermarket, across from the Angkor Museum, and within walking distance from Pub Street. Thank you Sala and your amazing staff! I extended my stay in SR with a huge part thanks to the hotel.
