Needs a remodeled because everything is very old.Location is perfect.

It was great.

Inside the rooms were better than the outside first glance appearance. I love the balconies and the shower set up. This was a great location, allowing accessibility to many things.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was clean !

Location was nice! But it was loud with people in pool and upstairs Wall is Thin and didnt sleep well

Well I had to wait almost 2 extra hours upon check in because I didn’t receive the correct room I booked. The receptionist stated because I booked via 3rd party which made absolutely no sense. Stated for my troubles she was going to have some of my money compensated back & was trying to contact Expedia but I see that didn’t happen. Upon going to new room, a leak from the air conditioner was constantly dripping to where it was puddles. Did not receive linen, had to ask both days. The pics on their site does not match the actual reality of the property. There were kittens and other animals on the property and one of the stray kittens killed a baby duck that was on the property’s furniture outside in front of my face- very devastating to see. Did not feel welcomed or wanted and honestly, I would never go back. Unfortunate because it’s a beautiful island and what I did like what certain sites near the property but if I ever went back, I would not choose this place to go.

Everything was excellent at this hotel. From the staff to the cleanliness of room

The property doesn't have an elevator so it's possible you may have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The toilet seat was dirty upon entering the room. The door handles and bathroom knobsneed to be changed. Too much grime built up over the years. The maintenance man took until the next day to replace the bathroom light after assuring us they would come The previous morning. The office closes at 8pm and emergency number takes hours to respond. 2 other guests got locked out and needed to use my phone to call for help but it took hours for anyone to respond. The front desk didn't honor a courtesy late checkout up to 1 hour although it says they can. They only honored 30 minutes. Given the late response from maintenance on our bathroom light, I thought the 1 honoring the 1 hour late checkout was the least they could do but they hit me with a very condescending response on what's app denying me the late checkout of up to an hour. Overall the property was just ok. I did appreciate the spacious room and beds and the refrigerator and microwave. Other than that...it could use some fine tuning. They did let us keep our bags in the office until flight time, which was helpful. Won't stay again but wanted to be honest in my review.
