Staff jaga parking friendly. Everything love it.

Old and dirty towels. Staff respond is poor.

very afffordable. not expect so much. basic amenities availble. but the hotel is bit too old. but value the money

Location is good with shopping centre nearby with just a walking distance. There a lot of eateries around. As for the room, there is a tv but only 2 channel to view. Front desk staff are kind and very helpful

Good location. Services are quite poor. A lot of items are only available upon request

Hotel location is good n convenient. many stalls along the street. there's one famous nasi ayam kukus nearby but very long queue. the receptionist is very friendly n too bad forgotten to mark her name. the rest of the staff so so ... no smiling face n no greeting at all. housekeeping service is very poor too. hotel condition is old n it would rate better / attract more guests if they can improve & re touch~up the hotel.

The only LIKE that I love most.. Is the LOCATION as its everybody's preferred CHOICE : there are 3 banks, Food are aplenty... all within walking distance...

some staff give very excellent servis.. keep it up

Pros: Nice reception Clean room Cons: No towel until 12am very bad Sound proofing bot good and we can here all the noise from banquet hall for cny dinner Bed is too soft Room quite small
