Good place to stay but doesn't have a spa as listed

I changed three rooms before I settled on the second day on my 7 day stay in the hotel. . But was not happy . good for Korean and Chinese visitors , who have extended stay. The premises is dirty. I gave good tip to house keeping on the second day , so I feel it worked well on third room. Bathroom not clean in all three rooms. Maybe it is old residences place not well mainted. One room the A/C did not work. In my room the fridge did not work. Good luck. 😩

Friendly staff, great swimming pool, gym with outdated equipment, room more than adequate with fridge, a/c, kettle, induction hob, shower & window view of pool. TV has only Vietnamese channels. GO Supermarket nearby. Limited food choices. Would throughly recommend for a laid back break. Grab to District 1 at 78,000VND, but during Tet New Year, Grab prices doubled 😩

Amazing service, very friendly staff. Cleaning service every day. I'm very happy with my stay. Definitely be back. Thank you

Price is cheap but there were ants & floors were not often enough.

The place was filthy, the wall looked like it’s never been clean, there were bugs and lizard in my room. The sheets were old. The floor looks dirty. I wanted a new room or refund and they refuse. I booked a new hotel after that.

It bothers me that the communication between me and the middle management was so intolerable that it tarnishes the review of this property. There was a mishap (medication was thrown away). When I realized that cleaning staff had mistakenly thrown my medication out, I told the desk immediately. Initially the management said they would cover the loss. Then they claimed I lied. Then they attempted to negotiate by telling me the maid would be responsible for the $400 to replace my meds. Other than that managerial failure the property is fairly nice.
