Beautiful rooms great continental breakfast.

Clean rooms, good bed and sheets and friendly staff. Just need to get rid of all the single use plastic at breakfast

The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable bed and climate controlled.

Perfect for a family stay

John at front desk was amazing. He offered us towels upon arrival during a storm. Upgraded our room to a corner suit, overall went above and beyond!!! Hotel location is great, good restaurants and cafes just down the street. Will stay here again if we ever return to Hamilton

Room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Was a decent, clean, budget friendly hotel. Breakfast was good. Underground parking was great. Pool was nice, clean and warm. Fitness center looked nice, I just didn't have time to use it.

As I live in Montreal I only speak French and the receptionist was unfriendly when I told her that she did not speak English and at no time did she intend to help me with the language, also the hotel breakfast is the worst of all I have stayed, I do not recommend them.

Positives: Nice room, quite large. Property is well maintained. Staff are pleasant and professional. Negatives: No laptop safe in the room as billed. Area around the hotel not the best. Temporary parking for check-in almost nonexistent and the parking garage can only be accessed with your room card.

Our 6th floor room was quiet with little traffic noise. The room had plenty of outlets and recharge outlets. We didn't make use of the microwave or TV but the mini fridge was very useful. There was a nice selection for breakfast and the staff kept the omelet dish full. Our only concern was the parking as the basement seemed to be under repair or cleaning with many signs saying where we couldn't park but none where we could. Scaffolding made navigating, even in our small car, sometimes challenging. All in all a good experience and we would choose this site again.
