We stay here every month and it’s like home away from home. Rooms are wonderful and the staff always go above and beyond. Props to Kenny at front desk for always taking the time to make us feel special and welcomed :)
Highly recommend

Great location, Westfield Liverpool just 2 mins down the road. Plenty of shopping areas and a great coffee shop near Monarch on the other side of the road (past Liverpool Plaza). Washing machine and dryer included, as well as toiletries. Only downside is that if you arrive late back from an outing at night there will probably be no carparks left.

Please be aware that as per the booking, the room category (1 Bedroom Balcony Suite) includes bedding that may be configured as 1 King Bed or 2 Twin Beds. However, upon arrival, the hotel agent advised me that a fee was required to provide the 2 Twin Beds configuration, because I didn't email them requesting 2 Twin beds before I arrival, how do I need to do it, no any wording I need to do it when I booked the hotel
The customer expected that the preferred bedding configuration was already included in the booking and should not incur any additional charge.
