Dan took great care of us! His bnb is exceptional!!

Dan and Rosie(doggy co-host were warm and hospitable. The home was historic, grand, and beautiful. The breakfast was perfect, kudos to apple roses! Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Loved this spot. Historic home in a diverse and eclectic area of St Louis. Owner Dan and doggo Rosie were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic.

Great communication of where to park and how to access. Ample beverages to choose from, and breakfast was delicious! As a very early riser, I was able to get a cup of coffee and bring back to my room. I also appreciated the organic half and half that was supplied! Dan & Rosie were very welcoming! Would stay here again if ever in the area. Of note- as the property is located on a busy street, it was a little noisy at times, but I still got a good nights sleep. Very big, comfortable room and bed. I would suggest replacing the towels, they smelled clean but are dingy looking. Overall highly recommend this property!

Wonderful stay! We were able to walk to restaurants and to venues in the area. Parking was a breeze and very safe. The accommodations were lovely, very clean and comfortable. Added touches like specialty soaps and bath oils were truly appreciated. Our hosts, Dan and Rosie, were warm, hospitable and accommodating! Will absolutely return!

Dan and Rosie were both very hospitable and friendly. We were able to park on the street with no issues. Breakfast was delicious.

Dan was a great host. Very friendly and attentive. He made us a delicious breakfast each day. We enjoyed our stay and visit with Dan and his dog Rosie. The parking was safe and convenient and we could walk to a great restaurant near by.

Dan was a fabulous host, staying in contact before hand, greeting us at the door (with sweet Rosie), helping these weary travelers find a nearby dinner spot, and making sure we were comfortable. His homemade breakfast was delicious. Our bedroom was spacious and clean; an antique bed was comfortable. Easy parking. While on a busy street, things were pretty quiet at night. Benton Park across the street is a great place to take a walk. Will stay here again.
