Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Nhân vien lễ tan kim tài xế huong dan viên tên Trung rất nhiệt tinh, dễ thuong va chỉ dẫn giúp đỡ toi trong chuyến du lịch này rất tốt! Tôi hài long ve cach phục vụ, nhân viên vui vẻ. Riêng về room 624 thì may lanh ko hoat đong, làm tôi thấy nóng nực và ngủ ko ngon giac. Khách sạn nên xem lại hệ thong lạnh và suởi riêng biệt từng fong để ko ảnh hưởng khách lưu trú!

還好 Huge Soviet style hotel, the rooms are good if a bit bland. The service is non existent to downright rude. There are lots of staff doing nothing. No help with bags, key pretty much thrown at me, which then did not work, no one bothered to help with bags to room or even show where the room was. Check out equally unfriendly. Restaurant closed.

超讚 Beautiful hotel in the mountains. Clean room with soft comfortable beds and modern bathroom. Nice supermarket located across from the hotel. No problems with our stay here.
