Unbelievable place with very helpful staff. Easy train from airport and to DiverCity/Aqua malls.

An incredible experience in Tokyo! Huge room, wonderful staff, so many places to walk and eat, more quiet area of Tokyo. Worth every penny!

Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake from the nearby bakery, which is a must visit for fresh croissants and pastries. We stayed in Petal 1 which has wonderful panoramic views of the canal. Amenities on the houseboat was first rate. Nespresso machine, denom speakers, large TV with free Netflix, Aesop products in the bathroom. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had an exceptional stay at Petals. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The views are incredible of the water. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to the room and the food(especially the soup) was delicious Just an incredible stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely return Thank you

Pedals goes above and beyond what you see in the pictures. Everything about this place is exceptional! The craftsmanship and quality is seen and felt throughout the property. Great location on the water in walking distance to restaurants, museums, parks, and to day cruises. I would recommend the cruise club, it's only a short walk from Pedals. The service is second to none! San was are host and I can't say enough about the quality of service she provided, Thank you, San. It was nice to get a break from the city and relax while experiencing something truly unique. The location is perfect

Magical property!

Tompkins and Mina were exceptionally responsive. The hotel is a wonderful retreat in Tokyo. One does have to be okay with the occasional rocking as the fishing boats head out but it is definitely worth it.

This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!

Such a beautiful and intimate experience! A lot of great restaurants as well right near the rooms. Most importantly, the staff was super accommodating with the stay!!
