First day arrival, front desk staff very friendly, polite & respectful. Restaurant staff were very nice. Food was delicious. The bathroom needs to be clean at all times. Went there different days, paper towels were all over on the floor & needs some kind of spray.

Nice lobby area, cute shop, salon, massage and restaurant. A lot of parking space and safe with security. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Make sure you keep your emails of your reservations. Speak to a manager and get their name. Make sure you have reservations before going to your destination. I had a horrible experience with my reservations. I paid for my hotel before my trip and when arrived they told me its not paid. I paid for room again and now trying to get my refund.

Very friendly staff. Efficient airport transfer. Beds are large foam but surprisingly comfortable. Good pillows. Microwave and refrigerator in each room.
