Kendal was very helpful and professional.

Clean room in convient location however bath didnt drain well and loud aircond

Enjoyed it, wish a breakfast included option was offered.

Great place to walk to the metro and close to the best coffee place Tatte Coffe House. Upon check in we were greeted with two wonderful smiles and great assistance. Applause 👏!! Rooms were great but next time I will not want one close to the elevator.

Clean room, kind staff, room was a little small but perfect for me as a solo traveler. Plus the hotel is centrally located. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Its good located, but you still need an uber, It's too far to walk to the main locations, but other than this , it's quiet at night.

Located on a beautiful quiet street, close to restaurants. Quick ride to Reagan Airport

It’s a lot smaller than I was expecting. No closet, no drawers. Very minimal. And no view either. No black out curtains. I’m not sure how that is compared to other DC hotels but I was surprised. You have to request an iron. I was late for my dinner reservation waiting for it. I did not know they didn’t clean the room every day either so that surprised us. Staff and amenities like mints and hand sanitizer wipes were my favorite. EACH staff member was a 5 star customer service experience. Rene was helpful with suggestions. The tech guy fixed our TV. The other ladies at the front desk were always warm and welcoming. Couldn’t have asked or wished for better service! AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS THE REAL WINNER!!! Simply stunning!
