Can’t beat the location, walking distance to every tourist attractions

Great location

Clean, breakfast nice, great staffers.

Excellent staff and service. They went above and beyond. My room is a bit small though.

This hotel is in a prime location, where you can walk to tourist spots and business streets nearby. Excellent services(check-in and check-out, restaurant, daily room cleaning). As a newer hotel, facilities are still in great shape. Breakfast buffet offers both Chinese and western styles. Although the restaurant is not as big as some other similar hotels, its options are plenty and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to those who would like to explore old town area(Gusu).

There seems lack of training among front desk staff. Customer information was left out on the desk, which is a serious breach of privacy. It’s not acceptable.
