The property if fabulous! The grounds and gardens are beautiful! Our apartment was nice, however the bedrooms upstairs were warm as it was unseasonally warm weather.There were fans in both bedrooms which helped a lot. We also had breakfast there and it was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay again.

Lovely location, staff very friendly and helpful on front desk. I didn't use any of the facilities due to time etc. My room was a little soul-less and the bathroom could have done with a re-vamp as the shower screen had been replaced with a rather tired looking curtain and the bar for the curtain had rust on the under side. Nothing horrible just tired. Beautiful building in lovely grounds though. 10/10 value for money.

Finding our room with no directions on the buildings was frustrating and annoying. The hotel swimming pool was fantastic says my partner who swims every day. Breakfast variety was good. Should have stayed longer!!

Clean and comfortable - tired in places and needs a refresh, have stayed here before - this time the staff seemed rushed and in a hurry with everything

We had a 2 day stay ,the 1st night we stayed in a very tied ground floor room overlooking the car park which we were not happy about , I saw Sarah at reception who was so accommodating and upgraded us to an amazing room on the 2nd floor which made our stay so much more comfortable with fantastic views of the gardens and golf corse !! we were so chuffed and would definitely come back to the hotel as the staff were lovely and the food was good..hands up to Sarah who made our stay perfect!! 5* for the second night

Lovely hotel. A bit tired around the edges. Staff very good in all areas. Spa excellent. Lovely grounds.

Amazing building, great location. Really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment on dining.

Breakfast was poor. No fresh fruit or honey, week coffee, sugar rich cereals. I asked for some fruit and was told they had run out until a delivery at 12.
