Nice clean rooms. Although strange design and luck of lighting. It was noisy from the bar in the 2nd room. Also air conditioning was not working well. It kept going to default 22 degrees even though we set it up for 19. So it was stuffy and hot to sleep. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Great setting of the tables outside on the roof.

Nice property in a great location. Rooms clean, simple and functional.

Staff very helpful and very nice, the room was kind of hot but they didn’t have an AC running like in the US. It is different. Location is great. I would add a chair or sofa so guests have somewhere to sit comfortably. Close to groceries and squares landmarks and beer gardens.

This hotel is a little unconventional in its layout ( the front desk is on the fifth floor above the rooms) But beyond that they have nice rooms, and are very conveniently located to the Marienplatz, the market area, and Hofbrauhaus.

Very nice breakfast buffet. Easy check in. Close to theater and at as well as Marienplatz. Nice DM store nearby

The ac doesn’t work in hotel. It was 97degrees outside & not much different inside . Ice cream in the afternoon was a nice treat!! Would not stay here again .

While we enjoyed the location of the hotel, we had several issues. When we arrived, the doors were locked and signs aren’t clear that you have to buzz in and check in on the 5th floor. The “reception” area was a bar/restaurant/club that locals had access to. If you stay on the upper floors, you can clearly hear the DJ’s music. Breakfast is overpriced. Finally, we complained twice that my mom’s patio door would not close. It wasn’t until the third time that I complained that someone tried to fixed it. He could not. They offered her a different room, so we moved her at night. They had all day to fix the situation, but didn’t. The next day she was able to move back to her original room, but she received an email stating that they were charging her over $400 for the move. The light switches were also confusing, and the air conditioning never really got cold until midnight. Needless to say, it was not a relaxing experience, but if you are young and want to party, you might like it. Last note, no irons and no mini fridges.

Fab hotel in the heart of the old town. Lovely rooms and great communal area

Everything was clean. Our room was super spacious and house keeping were wonderful
