No bath towels in room upon arrival. Receptionist at arrival not particularly cordial, but interaction with additional staff was very positive. Room in need of some upkeep, but generally satisfactory.

WE WERE STAYING THERE FOR 7DAYS. NOT ONCE DID THEY CHANGE THE SHEETS NOR CLEAN THE ROOM. WE ONLY GOT NEW TOWELS BECAUSE WE ASKED. NO VACUUMING AND THE BATHROOM WAS BARELY WIPED DOWN. OUR SOAP RAN OUT AND THEY HAD NO REPLACEMENTS. MILDEW IN THE SHOWER AS WELL.I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ASKED TO GET OUR ROOM CLEANED AND ALL THEY DID WAS MAKE THE BED. IF DONT WANT ANY SERVICE AT ALL THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE.

The room was somewhat clean, the bathtub did not drain, lighting was poor, paint chipping off the door, it was so humid in the room that our papers were damp in the morning. Would not recommend this hotel at all. It’s too bad because their staff was really good.

The hotel has good breakfast options and good snacks for sale. Ihop right next door. Front desk staff was very friendly. The only thing is the room smell funky and the toilet handle was broken

Be warned: This hotel looks NOTHING like the photos. It’s definitely more a motel than a hotel. All room doors are outside with two floors. We had two rooms and the moment you walk in it smells moldy. The bathrooms are horrific. There were dead bugs on the floor. We ended up not staying there. Only good I can say is Front desk lady was nice when told the situation and offered us to change rooms but we declined.

All staff at check - in was extremely helpful with my issue. All resolved professionally.

The hotel is not a luxury venue, but is centrally located. 15 minutes from downtown Tampa and 20 minutes or so from its most iconic locations or tourist destinations. And, the continental breakfast is really good and the staff nice and professional. Rooms are extremely clean and the good size swimming pool is well kept. Parking is so close to your room you can practically watch your vehicle from your window. Additionally, having an IHOP across the parking is a plus.
