超讚 The room was very clean. Our first room was facing a construction site and was noisy. Upon request, they moved us to a different room. It took them the whole day to get the room ready. The breakfast staff was numerous but slow. There were nice juices, but you need to ask for them. Coffee/tea service was very slow. The breakfast overall was amazing.

From check in to check out everything was excellent. Beautiful decor, stunning views, perfect location, great staff. Big rooms, big bathrooms with ByRedo toiletries.

Best location in V&A close to everything. A bit tired but very nice. This is the place anless you want to pay much more for the ultra luxury places. Recommended.
