The front office staff were not very helpful. One of the staff kept looking at her computer and not recognizing me when I tried to check-in. I checked-in about 2 pm and was told the check-in time was 4 pm. I asked if there was any way I could check in earlier than the official time. The staff indicated this was difficult due to housekeeping schedules. I asked if it was possible to get an estimated time when I could check-in, and they said they would check. After about a 10-minute wait, I was told I could check-in about 40 minutes later. I said OK, and would wait. I came back 40 minutes later and was told the room was not ready. I waited and waited and came back to the front desk several times to no avail. I had to wait until 4 pm to check in. The staff gave me no slack after a cross-country flight and were not very accommodating nor concerned about my request. The whole experience was not very welcoming. The front office staff needs training on how to properly address and help accommodate early check-ins. I would not recommend this hotel if someone wants a truly good customer-friendly hotel. Certainly, this is not a top-level hotel given the cost. Also, the hotel is right next to a strip club.

Staff was amazing! Room was clean and comfortable. Location was right in the middle of all of the tourist attractions.

Room was designed with care and well laid out--small but separate space for sofabed and main bed. Bedding was already on the sofabed which we appreciated. Dark and quiet. I was sent something to do in advance under the idea that it would allow me to pick up my keys very quickly from the kiosk upon arrival but that didn't work, so it would have been better to save my time on that.

Buen hotel, lugar privilegiado cerca de todo. Volvería sin duda al mismo hotel. Lo único fue el desayuno que no era buffet, pero en general muy bien el hotel

Great staff and a great location. Check in was friendly and super quick. The restaurant (Alouette) in the lobby serves delicious food and drinks. I have only 2 complaints about our stay: the King sized mattress in our suite did nothing to isolate my girlfriend's movement and I was awakened by even the slightest shift. The air conditioning system is abnormally loud, and as our recent stay was in the summer, it blew frequently and was loud enough that I required ear plugs to sleep, and even then it was difficult. Other than those issues, I really enjoyed my stay. It's a very nice property and located very centrally.

We were able to check in early, which we really appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful and very efficient and the hotel was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great (2) night stay with family on vacation. Room was very nice, and staff was great to work with (bag check, early check-in accommodation, getting early AM taxi). Great location for all the downtown sites.
