Clean room, food is not great. Staff is not polite and seems like don’t want to work. Brandom from concierge was great with us, other than that not the best experience.

Mold smell in rooms and through the property. Room never really got cool. Food at the buffets was below average. Restaurants are good but hard to get a reservation. The amenities and beach were fantastic. Free golf ends up being $70 a person due to cart fees.

The hotel is amazing, the entertainment is genial, the food is very good and great variety, BUT THE EMPLOYEES IS VERY UNFRIENDLY, NOTHING EMPATIC AND VERY LAZIER in every place, never tried to resolve the issue,, VERY BAD, I suppose it is for low cultural level

Awful food, drinks taste like water down juices and beer, no taste on food. Coffee is from machines, undrinkeable. The signatures restaurants are always full and no able to make any reservations. Staff in the bars are ok, the one for the buffets are unfriendly and looks mad all the time at the point I don't ask for any help after day 2. The 2 TVs in the room one have decent image, but constantly lost volume, the other one the image was distortions to the point that the American flag was green and white. Call cuple times and no one shows up ever. Bathroom tiles loose all over and the shower leaks all over the place. Room service is not included and ridiculous expensive. Don't recommend this place to anyone.
