Great location for us, was quite noisy at night and early morning but it didn’t really bother us. Room was really spacious and clean. The communal areas of the hotel are in need of an upgrade to match the rooms. Overall great stay and would recommend if you want to be right in the Port area. Rooms would benefit from having a small fridge for drinks as well

Rooms are very bare bones, and while the bed was clean, it didn’t feel like the rest of the room or the hotel were very clean. The receptionist was very helpful, but this isn’t a hotel we will return to.

The reception desk staff were excellent, knowledgable & very friendly. The problem for me is the hotel & rooms do not look anything like the photos online. It is an old dated hotel with a horrible stale smell coming from very hold stained carpets found throughout the hotel hallways. The hotel has a tiny elevator so if it is every not working then there is a very challenging twisting staircase with uneven steps that you would have to use & that would be impossible with heavy luggage. The rooms are very dated & old especially the bathrooms but clean. I think it is overpriced for the money charged. The bed is uncomfortable & hard because it doesn't seemed to actually have a real plush mattress. I would skip this hotel & use one of the more modern hotels that actually face the water front even if they charge more money.

Located in the old port and access straight into shops and sea front. Breakfast has a very good selection and the front desk staff very friendly and helpful

Great location. Close to the Metro and the Old Port. Staff were wonderful. The balcony was fun! The room had issues with the sink…though we did not report it.

An excellent hotel with an amazing view of the port.

A very nice room with dual aspect windows onto the bustling streets but quiet because we were on the 5th floor. Comfortable bed, nice shower room, clean towels, quiet air conditioning. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Only issue was really the single elevator which only held 4 people but we understand it would be difficult to have more than one in a traditional building. Good value for money.

I wasn’t aware of the no washcloths thing in France. You get hand towels and towels. In a great location close to dining, shopping, etc. All within walking distance.

Very nice on all fronts.
