The staff were very good. The room was an issue. There is only one remote for ACs for a 2 bedroom studio. The bathroom door curtain did not work. Overall, could have been better

Great hotel & what a view of the pyramids day and night. Staff you could not fault helped all the time.

My experience at Pyramid Front Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing, mainly due to how the situation at checkout was handled. During my stay, everything seemed fine at first. However, there was a minor accident in the room where a small plate from room service was accidentally broken. It was clearly unintentional and not a major issue. Despite this, when I went to check out, the staff attempted to charge me an unreasonable amount for the damage. What made the situation worse was the way it was handled. Instead of approaching it with understanding or professionalism, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation to get extra money. There was little transparency about the cost, and no effort to resolve it fairly or respectfully. Overall, this left a very negative impression. Accidents can happen, but how a hotel chooses to deal with them says a lot about their customer service. Unfortunately, in this case, it did not feel fair or customer-friendly. I would recommend future guests be cautious and clarify policies upfront to avoid similar issues

Clean rooms, the staff was polite and very helpful and they were willing to help at any time of the day.

Positive:The staff at this property were very polite and professional. Hassan the gentleman that worked at the pool area was a great person, always polite and helpful. The waiters that serviced dinner at night were very professional and great. Negative: The food at this Hotel was Poor. You ordered Pizza, and you received bread and cheese that was not baked thoroughly. Pasta was never done right. We started taking Uber and eating outside at other places because food was not that good. Positive: The view of the Pyramids from the rooftop of the Hotel was A+ amazing. Negative: The area where the hotel is located is run down, with main road in front of it, car washes, construction sites and run down buildings. Positive: Hotel is located very close, to main historic sites, 7 minutes drive, to the Giza Plateau and Grand Egyptian Museum.

Good staff and comfortable
