Super cool property located in town. The renovation details of the lodge is very upscale. Lots of great amenities; comfy bed; great kitchenette, cool bathroom decor. Good communication from staff and property kept very clean. Great spot to enjoy weekend getaway. Traffic can be busy during the day but everyone is very friendly on the roads to the beach.

Such a well-appointed, sweet little inn. Highly recommend!

Had no WiFi the entire time. When I notified them they sent the password that I already knew and didn’t work. I texted back that the password was not working and didn’t hear from them again. When I checked out the next day I mentioned this and the staff member only said, oh you’re the only one whose password didn’t work. Nothing else was said.

Cute, clean, and great location. Especially great for Marinites to take advantage of - to enjoy an easy getaway from the day to day grind and be grateful for the beauty of our own backyard.

This is a wonderful recently renovated property. I loved the Surf theme and there was everything I need for a very comfortable nights stay. I arrived at check in time, 3pm, so parking was not an issue but I will say parking is tight with few spaces. It worked great for me as the beach parking was full so parked here and walked the few minutes to the beach.

Surf Lodge is smaller and more cramped than we expected. The cottages are tiny and right on top of each other, so there is very little privacy. Our windows opened to another doorway and to the communal outdoor shower. We definitely could not hear the ocean from our room, but we could easily hear the neighbor's TV through the wall. The bathroom is also small and cramped. The fridge in the room is the size of a tallboy can; it didn't even fit a small container of milk for our morning coffee. If you want ice, it's only accessible by staff, and staff are only present from 11am to 6pm. The location is good overall, but not on the beach - there's no ocean view. Overall it felt very cheap and low-budget, and the price felt much too high for what you get.
