Rooms are small, however, they have nice amenities. Toothbrush, hairbrush a dryer kettle, fridge. Great location from Chiyoda station, and 7-Eleven down the street. The building does have a laundry mat as well. Only downfall was our room smelled like cigarettes.

I booked this hotel because it was the closest available to Toshi hotel where I had to attend a conference for four days. It was 25 minutes walk to the conference. I was traveling with my husband and booked a room that takes four people and glad that I did because in Tokyo rooms are very tiny and small. The room was good enough for us. It was Clean, and came with good size towels but it was not sunny and there were no cupboards. The cupboards are actually hangers on the wall, the room had a microwave a kettle a fridge and a TV. The location is the best thing about the hotel because there are so many restaurants cafés little shops around it. It is walking distance to a big mall, called the Galleria and not far from Haneda airport.

Very nice place, in a very calm part of Tokyo and not too far from the subway, from a shrine, and there's a convenience store just across the road! Staff were very nice and helpful too
