還好商務出差
I mistakenly booked the wrong Bastion hotel; there are 2 in Amsterdam. They refused to try to transfer the booking or even try to help at all. I had to take a taxi to the other hotel and then back again in the morning to meet colleagues.

This is a 3 star hotel and it shows. The walls are paper thin! I literally heard my neighbors night terrors all night long, as well Tvs and hallway conversations. The hotel is located steps away from the highway and a 24hr gas station. Definitely bring some good earplugs. There was hair all over one of my pillowcases and the wooden floors were pretty dirty. But they had the basics. Bed was very comfortable, hot water, fitness center, restaurant. It is a 15 min to the nearest Metro station.

Room was in ok condition. Not much to say about staff, I was in line to check out, they ignore the line and take others who didn't even queue up
