Great staff. Nice historical hotel not owned by a big company. AC worked well even during a heat wave. Big clean room and bathroom. Staff recommended a walking tour which I loved

This hotel is quirky, but in a charming way. The staff was great and it's a very central location in downtown allowing easy travel to many attractions in Omaha. There were a few "down sides" to the hotel, but nothing that would deter me from staying at this facility again. This hotel is charm, not modern, which is something I prefer when visiting new places.

The shower was literally 2’ wide. The curtains were ripping and haven’t been cleaned in a decade and the bed mattress was as old as I am. And I’m old.
