Room had staines on the walls and ceiling, they gave a drop of shampoo and body wash for our entire stay. Our property was stolen on the resort and they initially tried to brush me off but after asking repetitively they told me they would check cctv, but after 2 days they said they were still checking. We had to leave before they gave us an answer. Poor quality resort with lazy staff. STAY AWAY

Our stay at Wings was memorable Staff was very helpful by providing information nd assistance to me traveling with my two kids by myself. The pool was amazing and the breakfast buffet was extensive with several dishes to select from. Great vegetarian options with local flavors. Location is convenient to major attractions of Langkawi.

Terrible condition at the room. It was very old and in bad shape and need an upgrade and smelled bad. The ac was very loudly and makes a strange sound that’s was very noisy when you try to sleep.

Very beautiful hotel, very spacious room. facilities are very good the location is very good too right next to the airport and access to all the hotshots in the area. Very helpful and friendly staff highly recommended

Decent place to stay. But amenities need to be upgraded.

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel.

Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Large, well lit, air conditioned room. In room safe. Great pool with umbrellas. Short walk across the parking lot from the airport.

The public spaces were nice and well kept except pool chair cushions. They were well worn with stains. The staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. The bathrooms are in need of an overhaul, but were clean. You need your own tv service to watch tv. Super close (right next to) airport. Staff were very nice and super helpful even with a trip that I did not book through them. I think for the price I would expect some of those updates to be done. Or the price to be reduced a little bit we paid about 100 a night and I would say that it was worth 6275 per night. The buffet breakfast was overpriced.

Great room (we were upgraded to a junior suite). Helpful staff. Nice pool, good food. Dropped a point as shower floor filled with water and didn’t drain - really dangerous, and the pool was slippery around it. Again dangerous. Very close to hotel, easy to get to main beach.

It was okay, not amazing but not too bad. A little tired looking and carpets in hallways to rooms didn’t smell great and could do with a refresh. Toilets at reception were broken and breakfast was ok but not much choice. Staff and concierge were very friendly. It just need a very big glow up from an interior point of view, also the sun loungers were dirty and the cushions need replacing.
