The curb appeal for the property wasn’t what I was expecting based on description and price being paid. I reconciled to the fact one of our nights was for a Friday in Lake Tahoe in mid July with a lake view. We enjoyed our stay and the room was very nice. Walking distance to pet friendly restaurants.

It was my first time going to Tahoe and I was pleased that the hotel was clean and very nice. I recommend going again.

The property was great! Except the wifi is spotty at best. Probably will not stay there again due to wifi not working even after notifying staff. Only recommendation is was to turn my phone off then turn back on. But otherwise very clean room and property.

This place was a massive let down and I still can’t believe I spent this much money. The sleeper sofa didn’t even have sheets on, we had to request them and make our own bed. Dirty hotel and facilities, unfriendly staff, not enough towels in the room, just a huge disappointment.

Hotel is overall a good location, and a good value compared to other properties in the area. Landscaping and exterior property definitely needs some attention and better upkeep. Rooms were good though.

Everything was walking distance from beach, restaurants and cafe’s.

I would stay here again. It’s close enough to everything. I really liked how the building to get to your rooms was locked and you needed your room key to get in. They do have someone in the office 24/7 if needed. Even though this is on the main road, you do not hear the traffic at all.

Great location in South Lake Tahoe but my room was a bit noisy due to being located by the stairs/entrance of the building. The advertised dog run is not maintained and is overgrown and unusable.

Clean room and near the lake nice view

Hotel was okay. Not much of amenities. It was rained during our stay so I can understand, but did not see parking or street were cleaned at all, looked very messy outside when I look from balcony. Room was overall good but small, some sort of smell I think due to poor ventilation.
