Room, toilets and communal areas were pretty clean, room was big enough, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was working, but it wasn't hot so I didn't use it that much. Location really convenient, close the bus and metro stations. Since I stayed there when the general strike was taking place, you can be at Rossio in 20 mins walking, which is really good. There was also many restaurants, convenient shops and a Lidl really close. Overall, very pleasant stay, if I go again I'd probably stay there again!

Very pleasant stay. Easy check in and check out process. Would like to say that my room was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom were you can find some toiletries and hairdryer. Bed was comfortable, both TV and AC worked well and sfaff were friendly and helpful. Thanks

The staff is very kind and helpful. Not much in the way of amenities but was perfect for our needs.

Hotel bom, bom atendimento, cama boa, limpo e silencioso.

The guesthouse is a group of rooms in an older apartment building located in slightly rough neighborhood. The entrance requires a key code of which I was not advised. The reception area is on the second (first in Europe) floor again behind a locked door. You must ring a doorbell to be let in. Access TV the guest rooms themselves again requires a keycode that you're given at check in. The building is not accessible, there is no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and steep. I booked a small room with twin bed, with access to a shared bathroom. The room was clean but cheaply furnished. The mattress was very hard. Air conditioning was good. The shared bathroom is large and has toilet, lavatory, and shower. The shower is small. Hot water is VERY slow to arrive. There are no shelves, benches, or tables on which to place toiletries or linens. At the price, it was acceptable, but barely. I can't recommend this for anyone but fit, adventurous travelers.

The location is more for the traveler than the tourist. I love the location. It is central and historic. The majority of the population is Bangladesh. The variety of food and vicinity to subway is all very good. If a few street people bother you you might want to pay more and get an upper middle to high end travel experience.

Very clean room and bathroom… building was a bit run down but aside from that it was great!

Our room was nice and clean. The guesthouse is close to the Metro Station and lots of restaurants around the area.

Our stay in Lisbon was very enjoyable. Lisbon is a very walkable city if you don’t mind hills. The guesthouse was exceptionally clean. I liked having a full opening window/balcony to look down on the street. The front-desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse was located very close to everything a tourist would need (metro, food, laundry, attractions). The street is a bit noisy at night but bearable. Just close your window and shutters. Please don’t let the street dissuade you from staying here. We felt very safe. I would highly recommend this guesthouse if staying on a budget.
