The location is great, I do feel that it is slightly overpriced for the offer.

GOOD GOD where to start? Location wise - this place would be great if you like staying in the Time Square of Nice. Let's talk the room. On the plus side, the room was quite large, even the elevator was not as tiny as expected. However, the whole place was a shoddily done renovation job, and if you look closely you see the poorly done paint job, poorly done siding, poorly done carpeting, etc. The rooms had next to ZERO amenities. For a so called 4 star hotel (as rated by the French Tourism board in the year - checks notes - 2022) there was no shower cap, no soap, no shampoo/ conditioner. There was a hair dryer tucked away in a corner of the cupboard and two bottles of gel "soap" - one by the sink and one in the shower - that was it. The towels were replaced daily which was at least nice. But for comparison, the 4 star hotel I stayed in in Paris had turn down service, a separate bath and WC, actual toiletries including shower caps, cotton pads, swabs, etc. The breakfast is an additional 25 Euro if you go, and it's literally just store bought stuff, I wouldn't waste my money. Oh and the door wouldn't close properly.

The location was great for the Old Town, Promenade and had bus stops for the airport route just around the corner. Staff were very helpful and our triple room was relatively spacious.

Clean and tidy, plenty choice for breakfast and ideally placed for local amenities and beach

Extremely comfortable bed! Best night’s sleep all holiday.
