General tidiness was poor - the duvet did not have a cover on it the first night that I had booked and there were stains on it. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I approached them. On two of the days that I stayed, the water stopped running for several hours. I went out every day so I'm unsure exactly for how long the problem persisted. Additionally, the power went out on one of the days also. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but it felt very much as though the resort was more of a dream of the owner and much less a reality for the guests - however, I was able to enjoy sleeping in a comfortable bed with a view of the ocean in a room which which protected me from the weather each night and gave me a place to safely store my belongings while I explored the island during the day.

Very high up in the hills with unbeatable views, not for those who struggle with walking...

Overall everything was nice, but getting to the room entails walking up a hundred steps and there is really no way of doing this easily with luggage. The “outdoor hot tub” looks like it has been abandoned 20 years ago, looked dirty and unusable. The room itself was nice, with a good view and a comfortable bed.

Potentially a wonderful view but the dirty windows were little disturbing for us. Better cleanliness and I’d recommend the place.
